For new clients, our treatment approach begins with a thorough assessment to understand the key lifestyle factors affecting your body and to clarify your self-care goals for both short-term relief and long-term quality of life. Here’s what to expect: Comprehensive Lifestyle Evaluation: We delve into your daily activities and overall lifestyle to better understand the factors impacting your physical condition. Goal Setting: Together, we will discuss and define your self-care objectives, focusing on enhancing your quality of life now and in the future. Range of Motion Tests: Depending on your specific situation, we may perform range of motion tests to assess your flexibility and mobility. Orthopaedic Testing: If needed, orthopaedic tests may be conducted to identify any imbalances or to pinpoint adaptations that have led to weakness and compensatory muscle recruitment. Remedial Treatment Following the assessment, the remainder of your session will be dedicated to: Targeted Stress and Tension Relief: Remedial treatment techniques will be applied to specific areas of concern to alleviate stress and tension. Personalised Techniques: Depending on your needs, Andy may utilise the most effective treatment techniques, which may include cupping, to address your unique issues. Ongoing Care and Maintenance Post-treatment, Andy will provide recommendations for ongoing care: Treatment Plan: If necessary, a treatment plan will be suggested to address any ongoing issues or to prevent future problems. Maintenance Frequency: The frequency of follow-up treatments will be tailored based on your goals, values, and the initial outcomes of your session.
Cancellation Policy
At A To The W Remedial Massage Therapies & Holistic Wellbeing, we strive to provide excellent service to our clients. To ensure efficient operations and to accommodate all of our clients' needs, we kindly request adherence to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. 24-Hour Notice Requirement Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for services. Cancellation and Rescheduling Fee If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the service cost will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Credit Card Details To secure a booking, clients are required to provide valid credit card details, regardless of the chosen payment method—whether paying online or in person. This information is held securely and will only be used to process the cancellation fee if the policy is not honored. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
