Service Description
This tailored treatment is designed for clients who are currently managing injuries, whether you are in the acute phase of healing, dealing with a chronic condition that has persisted for 6+ months, experiencing a flare-up of a pre-existing injury, or suffering from secondary injuries caused by compensation for the original issue. Here’s what to expect: Initial Consultation: We begin with a detailed conversation about your injury, its history, and how it has affected your life, setting the stage for a targeted assessment. Hands-On Assessment: A physical evaluation of the injured area(s) will be conducted, including palpation to feel out the specifics of your injury. Range of Motion Tests: We perform range of motion tests specific to the affected areas or limbs to assess functionality and pinpoint limitations. Orthopaedic Testing: If necessary, specialised orthopaedic tests will be conducted to accurately determine the source of the injury and understand the underlying issues. Goal Setting and Treatment Planning: After assessing your condition and recording all pertinent information, we will discuss your future goals and the necessity of a treatment plan tailored to restore your quality of life. Initial Treatment: A first treatment session will be carried out to initiate the healing process, focusing on addressing the immediate needs of your condition. Ongoing Remedial Treatments: Depending on your recovery progress, follow-up sessions lasting either 60 or 90 minutes will be scheduled to continue your remedial treatment. Advanced Recovery Phase: As you progress, the treatment plan will incorporate corrective exercises, enhanced mobility work, and functional strength and conditioning to ensure a comprehensive recovery.
Cancellation Policy
At A To The W Remedial Massage Therapies & Holistic Wellbeing, we strive to provide excellent service to our clients. To ensure efficient operations and to accommodate all of our clients' needs, we kindly request adherence to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. 24-Hour Notice Requirement Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for services. Cancellation and Rescheduling Fee If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the service cost will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Credit Card Details To secure a booking, clients are required to provide valid credit card details, regardless of the chosen payment method—whether paying online or in person. This information is held securely and will only be used to process the cancellation fee if the policy is not honored. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
